Short Term Paid European work experience

DSC Regen offers a range of paid work experience placements in Seville and Marseille within the Green Economy and Community Development sectors as part of the Turing Scheme programme, funded by the UK Government.

These paid placements are 21 days in duration and will enable participants to develop experience and practical skills as well as to develop their language skills.

This course is aimed at learners who are already working within their community, either in an employed or voluntary capacity. It is designed to be delivered alongside employment, work experience or volunteering and will enable learners to work effectively in a community development role.

This qualification provides learners with an understanding of a value based approach to community development, facilitate analysis of how to work with community groups and develop their awareness of factors that affect social justice within communities.  Unique to this course, for Turing Scheme participants, we include a unit on community development in Europe, which will focus on the country where you undertake your work experience placement.
